Made Swasthika

Made Swasthika is the Head of Human Resource PT ECCO  Indonesia, a Danish shoe manufacturer with production facilities in Sidoarjo, East Java. Prior joining ECCO, he was the Head of HR in Jawa Pos Group and Vice Director Jawapos.com. Made came to Surabaya to build and develop a regional office for Daya Dimensi Indonesia, a well known HR consultant back in 2014.

With 16 years of experience and exposure in human resource development, made is active teaching and delivering training. He started his career as a certified trainer and had the opportunity to deliver training across South East Asia, to certified people be competent in their role. His specialties are Training the Trainer, WorkPlace Assessment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Effective Communication and Design Thinking. With the vision to provide a better opportunity through skill and knowledge upgrade, he is also active in coaching people for higher performance and business coaching.

Made holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication from University of Indonesia and a Master Degree in Strategic Management from Binus Business School. His new hobby is sharing through social media, with a series called Daily Driving Thoughts that can be accessed from his Instagram @made.swasthika. On weekends you will often see him riding his bike on the streets of Surabaya.
